The health and comfort of our guests, as well as our employees, is a priority for us.

We constantly reflect on changes in the situation regarding COVID-19 and pay attention to all applicable government regulations.

DISINFECTION AND INCREASED HYGIENE MEASURES IN HOTEL FACILITIES AND RESTAURANTS

Based on the order of the Government of the Czech Republic and the recommendations of the hygienists of the Zlín Region, we regularly and at an increased frequency disinfect all public areas of the hotel and restaurant.

In addition to the usual cleaning of rooms, public areas of the hotel and restaurant, and increased disinfection of touch points, we regularly disinfect everything with an ozone generator. This is the most effective way to fight odors, bacteria and especially viruses. The effectiveness of ozone in the elimination of bacteria, viruses or yeasts is confirmed by a number of official studies. This method is also very environmentally friendly.

Hotel and restaurant guests have available a hand disinfection (at the entrance to the premises, in the toilets, at the reception, in the restaurant, in the meeting rooms during training, etc.). These disinfectants are clearly marked.

In restaurant, we observe safety distances between tables (1,5 m). The maximum number of seats at the table is up to 6 people (excluding members of one household).

Safety distances are also required in areas of higher guest accumulation. To maintain the required distance (1,5 m), there are markings on the floor in places such as reception, breakfast buffet.

In all public areas of the hotel and restaurant it is necessary to wear a respirator or other protective covering without an exhalation valve with a filtration efficiency of at least 94% (respirators of class FFP2 or KN95, nanocovering, etc.). This regulation applies to hotel staff as well as hotel and restaurant guests. Guests can only put it off during consumation in the restaurant and during the hotel breakfast. The printed informational regulations are placed visibly in all public areas of the hotel.

The operation of the hotel World of Saunas will be divided into several time periods in a case of the visit by a larger number of people in order to ensure the safety and hygiene regulations of the Government.

Ensuring of the safety and hygiene regulations when visiting a beauty, hairdressing and massage studio does not include into a competence of the hotel.

CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL AND VISITING THE RESTAURANT

It is possible to provide accommodation, restaurant and other services to all guests who have no symptoms of COVID-19 and prove that they meet one of the following conditions (does not apply to children under 6 years):

  • VACCINATION the guest must provide a certificate (Czech version of the EU certificate COVID-19 or foreign certificate) that at least 14 days have passed since the last dose of vaccine was approved by the European Medicines Agency
  • NEGATIVE TEST
    the guest proves a certificate that he/she has passed the RT-PCR examination for the presence of SARSCoV-2 virus in the last 7 days with a negative result
    – the guest proves that he/she has passed the RAT test for SARS CoV-2 virus antigen in the last 72 hours with a negative result
  • WITHDRAWAL PERIOD AFTER THE DISEASE – the guest submits a positive test report from the health center or a certificate that he/she has confirmed a confirmed COVID-19 disease, the isolation period has expired according to the valid emergency measure of the Ministry of Health and the first positive POC antigen test for SARS antigen -CoV-2 or RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus did not elapse more than 180 days

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS/COLD WHILE STAYING IN A HOTEL

The most important thing is self-reflection and perception of your health.

If you notice symptoms of the disease, we recommend that you to eliminate contact with other guests, not unnecessarily visit enclosed spaces with a larger number of guests.

If necessary, it is possible to use the room service to provide breakfast/lunch/dinner (according to the opening hours of restaurants).

The hotel reception will discuss with you the options for further action if your health condition does not improve.
