STEAK NIGHT – The Battle on the Plate is another unique gastronomic experience at Restaurant Baltaci Zlin. Chef Michal Bucek has created a menu that will entice every enthusiast of quality aged steaks. Your taste buds are in for a journey across significant destinations renowned for this dish, such as North and South America.
Michal Bucek, a chef well-known in the media, regularly impresses viewers of the TV show “Good Morning” with his talent and love for gastronomy. Following the successful USA BBQ MAXI BURGER WEEKEND at the restaurant Baltaci Napajedla, he will delight us with his visit to the restaurant in Zlin.
This time, he has carefully selected the finest cuts of meat, which he and our team will serve you throughout the evening in the form of steaks bursting with flavours.
The first course on our unforgettable Steak Night tasting menu is Beef tartare prepared from tenderloin in two exclusive variations – Czech and French.
This delicacy will provide you with an unforgettable experience featuring bold flavours and a perfect blend of tradition and creativity.

The subsequent courses will also be a “battle of flavours on the plate” as you will be served two pieces of steaks with side dishes.
You can look forward to aged steaks including Sirloin, Tenderloin, and Rump. You will taste USA PRIME BEEF, Argentine, Spanish, and Uruguayan cuts, specially selected by Chef Michal Bucek for this evening.
Argentina is renowned for its excellent beef steaks and has a rich steak culture. Argentine steakhouses are called Parillas.
The last, but certainly not less significant course on our five-course tasting menu for STEAK NIGHT is the divine chocolate brownies with Amarena cherries.
In addition to the gastronomic experience, you will have the opportunity to taste premium rums and delightful red wines that we have carefully selected specifically for this unique occasion.
