BE TEMPTED TO A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE IN THE FORM OF THE THIRD TASTING EVENING OF THE BALTACI RESTAURANT IN ZLIN.

You can look forward to a culinary demonstration in swordfish carving and an exclusive four-course themed menu from the hands of chef Michal Buček only on Thursday, 29 September 2022 at 5 p.m. in the Baltaci Restaurant Zlin, to which we cordially invite you.

You could meet Michal Bucek with his culinary creations in the original Prague bar Cloud 9 sky bar & lounge, as Junior Sous Chef in Czechouse in Hilton 5* hotel and also as Executive Chef in Kingscourt 5* hotel.

Now it is also behind the new menu of the Baltaci Zlin Restaurant.

Swordfish are the royal family of fish that ranks at the top of gustatory gastronomy. It is not fished all year round, which is why this delicacy is rare. The texture of the meat is reminiscent of tuna or veal – it has a firm, muscular texture but is also tender. If you are not a fish lover, we still recommend trying swordfish – the taste is slightly fishy but also “meaty”.

Be part of this unique event with us, where you will see the majestic fish in its beauty, carving, the presentation of the chef himself and last but not least, you will taste three delicious dishes prepared by chef Michal Bucek.
